A travel itinerary is basically all the details of your trip. Such as your arrival and departure dates, what you'll be doing i.e. activities/excursions and where you will be staying etc etc.

Can I explain on the travel itinerary the days I am planing to stay. I am not booking any hotel because I am going to stay at my husbands apartment we will visit some but around the city without booking, how should I write this part?

Just state what you plan to do during your stay in Canada and also state that you will be staying with your family member during your stay in Canada provide address and contact details of your relative on the letter in case they need to confirm anything.

Hi I have another question for you I hope you can help me,

The form for the visitor visa has the question #1 (UCI number), is that okay if I put the UCI number from my other application? I mean I have UCI number for the PR application I submitted last year. Or should I just leave it blank?

And I have my medical exam too, its going to expire on September is that okay if I submit it as a proof of medial exams. ?

Replying to a 6 year post. Not rocket science to put together an itinerary of what you plan to do each day with accommodations, and how you are getting there (train, car, plane). You will need to fly to Vancouver so include flight details.
