Study refusal plz help

Hi applied on 9th may vfs chd and got refusal today. Reason is just you have not satisfied me that you would leave canada at the end of ur visit.... And In that column PUPOSE OF VISIT is ticked. plz help what to do....
Profile is 10th cbse. 66% in 2003 12th cbse 55%in 2005 b.tech in ECE 66.5% IN 2010 doing job as a lecturer till date. Married.. husband is a businessman. Applied for EMBEDDED ENGINEERING DESIGN PG diploma in Lambton clg Toronto. IELTS L6 S 7 W6.5 R 6=6.5 . What should i do know? Brother is studying in Canada and sister is pr overthere. First sem fees paid plus GIC

Probably refused due to your family ties in Canada.

If in doubt apply for ciaps

When you reapply include documentation to show strong ties to your home country such as property you own, details of family at home and if possible a letter from employer for employment / promotion prospects upon successful completion of your course

Don't have time for ciaps wanna apply for sept intake only is there any chances if i re apply

It's a gamble, without caips you can only speculate as to your reason for refusal, though i would think it because of your family ties in Canada.

You could reapply without a report but you don't want too many refusals against your name

Hi, the very first thing, you already did bachelor's and after 6 years of experience you're doing PG diploma and even the experience isn't relevant to your job experience. Considering your experience as a lecturer, you must choose master's course. The second thing you have family ties in Canada which doubt the Visa Officer that you are going to settle in Canada with your family and your main purpose isn't to study.

I would advise you to go for Express Entry Program. As your Sister is PR in Canada, you will get extra points for this. Secondly, you have 6 years of experience. Consult a good agent for Express Entry program or Province Nominee Program to get direct PR from your home country. You would have better options for the study if you will go to Canada with direct PR. Good Luck!

But one of my friend with same profile got visa and i am lecturer in same field ECE. And my mother is in India and all in laws family is also here. I am not eligible for express entry with clb 7 and even dn't have masters cutt of score is too high

It's alright. you just need to prove the VO that you will definitely come back to india after completion of your course. for that you need to show strong reasons in your SOP that why you will come back and all. That's it. All the best for you visa.
