You can write them through CSE informing them of your change in status. They will refund you as long as its received before the application processing starts.

I think they are doing batch processing. Next batch will probably from Mar 3 to March 20 or end of March. They probably will check our batch before end of next week. Because we are all almost reaching 16 months

So with my landing documents been missing with canada post i did contact CIC and they cancelled the COPR and requested me to send the documents to them for the reissurance. I just hope it wont go missing this time.... im beyond frustrated....
