Me and my wife having canada as well as US tourist visa....i completed my graduation after that one year of diploma in business mgt. I am having 10 yrs experience in pharmaceuticals co. Nd my wife completed B ed as well as msc maths. She is having almost 10 yrs exp. As a govt primary teacher So can he get study visa for further study and can I get open visa through this...pls suggest on this or anything best for me pls guide.. ...

If I understand you correctly, your wife wants to continue to study and you want to continue to work.

If you both come as PR, then you can both work and/or study without restriction.

If she comes to study, you can apply for spousal work permit. After she graduates, she could apply for PGWP and then you could both apply for PR if you want to settle in Canada. You may have to calculate how many points you can get through EE based on your experience and education. Your wife can get a significant amount of points by getting the PhD from a Canadian university, so if you don't have enough points now, you probably will when she graduates. Use the tool below:

Ultimately, it depends on what your long term ambitions are. If you want to settle in Canada, then apply for PR. If you are uncommitted to settling in Canada, then apply for the work/study permits and decide later.
