Creating the Express Entry Profile

Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum. I've read a lot of threads that have helped me understand the whole express entry scenario quite a bit.
I have a question about the Education Part. My university is taking ages to give me my degree certificate (couldn't collect it as I moved to Canada to study, right after I graduated, hence missed my convocation).
I have been unable to get my WES done yet, and I do not have much time before my visa/work permit expire (aug 2nd). I know the equivalency of my degree though, but I don't have the official WES certificate.
Is there a way I can complete my profile and upload it to get into the EE pool and have my WES in process at the same time?

Thanks :)

Yes you can create your profile assuming CEC applicant.

If you're a FSW applicant and this is your only educational credential then you'll have to wait, otherwise your profile will be deemed ineligible.

Do not enter information as if you have received your WES report before actually obtaining it, this is misrepresentation.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree and studied a PG program here.
Is there really nothing I can do but wait?

Wait for what?

To create your profile? It depends on your program, and whether you meet the eligibility requirements without this degree.

To claim points for your foreign degree? Yes, you have to wait or would you like to be banned from Canada for 5 years for misrepresentation?
