I have applied online and my visa processing consulate is new delhi but i belong to punjab. Therefore my visa should be processed at Chandigarh consulate. Isn't it? I am worried now.

Unfortunately, if you have received the refusal letter then your TRV file is closed as a refused case

Thank you for your valuable reply. I am going to apply again. Really can't understand why they don't give benifit of can+ program to the applicants who are eligible for it. This time i am gonna apply with all the supporting documents.

CAN+ only helps to expedite processing a TRV application. It doesn't guarantee an approval.

I suggest you order GCMS notes before you reapply. This would help you to prepare a more solid application

How can I order it ? I think I cannot apply for it. A Canadian citizen can apply for it only right? If so then I don't have anyone there. Do you have one who can apply on my behalf?
