Please apply immediately for CAIPS notes on Caipsgcms (it will cost you CA$15).
This is the only way to know the exact reasons for refusal so that you can address them and avoid a potential future rejection.

Second, in your 'Letter of Explanation' - did you establish a strong link between your background Diploma in CAD and your course of Dip. in Petroleum Engineering? This link is weak and you need to strongly establish the continuity in your education.

Third, what is course start date? CAIPS may take 30 days and you will need 6 weeks after that to process your TRV/ Study permit.
Do you have this time? If not, check if you can defer the date to the next term.

I honestly think, if you get the CAIPS notes, the Visa Officer will have noted the lack of continuity. That's a point you need to address buddy.
I am an Architect, so I know and use AutoCAD and REVIT.
That's why I know that if I have a Diploma in AutoCAD, and wish to pursue Diploma in Petroleum engineering - there is lack of career progression or a logical growth in your career.

If you are sure that this is the only course you want to pursue - you need to build a very strong 'Letter of Explanation' stating the current stage of your career. It should be clear why you wish to study only 'petroleum engineering' as a part of your long term goals, and more so - why you wish to study in Canada.(ex. otherwise the VO can wonder why you don't study Civil engineering or Fashion Designing; and why not in India when it would be so much cheaper)

Your SOP must cover this aspect. I can see no other weak point in your application.

Same happening with me till 27 may but after that i did not receive any mail.
Had you receive any mail when your medical passed?

2 may status update mail but no updation in account same happened on 4 june
My medical was valid till 8 june 2016 to 8 june 2017

Yes, that's the default view. But, you need to be glad because it shows that you have passed your medicals. It took almost 3 weeks for mine to get updated. Which place have you applied from ?
