My CRS was 407 but suddenly jumped to 432 when I checked today after a couple of weeks. I have not made any changes to the profile. My IELTS scores are Speaking/Reading/Listening/Writing : 7/7/8.5/7. I have been working since 7/7/2014.

Could you please help me explain the additional 25 points awarded to my profile?

You now have 3 years of work experience. (7/7/14 - 7/7/17). Prior to the 7th of June, 2017, you had less than three years.

You're probably going to get an ITA in the next round. Good luck!

Thanks @21Goose ! However, 3 years should complete on July 7th and not June 7th. Please let me know if I am missing something here.
Haha you're right - I totally forgot what month it is! I don't know why it went up, but you can see the breakdown of your points when you log in. You should be able to see where you got 25 points.

My guess is still on the three years - maybe they count it as three years of working days or something.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
That's because the system is garbage and grants X years of work experience before the applicant actually completes it.

This is normal but be careful of submitting your eAPR before completing 3 years of work experience.

Echoing @DelPiero07, you should decline any ITA before July 8 if the CRS draw score is greater than or equal to 407. (i.e., accept ITA if 407 or lower)

Considering the new rules on how IRCC scores applicants with the same CRS score, it would be safer to decline any ITA before July 8 with a draw score greater than 406. (i.e., accept ITA if 406 or lower)
