Hi Guys, need your suggestions on my below query:

My score is 421 and got ITA last month. In EE profile I mistakenly selected job offer as YES but however due to other details in that section I was not awarded 50 pts for arranged employment, can I change the job offer to NO in eAPR in order to skip the document upload part for this section? Pls advise

Guys,

My reference letter from my employer is on company letter head and it has NOC details, duties, salary and HR name/position details but it doesn't have HR contact details (Phone, email) in it. Is it fine?

Not fine. Phone and email must. Try to get letter with than information or get their business card.

I got my application refused because of a missing PCC. I lived in Abu Dabi 13 years ago, and I am 30 years old. The application says, get a PCC from places you lived after 18 years old or from the past 10 years. so WTF? what is wrong with IRCC?
So, what did you finally do in order for CIC to reconsider your application? Did you create a new Express Entry profile or did you send them a CSE? If so, did you succeed? I am in the same situation as you are / were in now. I got my application rejected today morning, because I didn't provide an Indian PCC starting right from 2006. I had been studying there between 2006-2009 and changed my country later.

It is very clearly written on CIC website that one needs to submit PCC for every country where he/she has lived for 6 months or more ( cumulative) since he/she turned 18 years. There is no clause of last 10 years.

So you must submit PCC for every country you lived for the total of 6 months or more since you turned 18.

hi guys

I have scanned my degree and transcript using camscanner since I was not able to fit the complete document in a scanner. Can that be a reason for rejection for my application ?

It's fine, just make sure the documents are legible.
