Why CEC inland applicant with March AOR processing is slow? BG NA for long time?

Any idea for the reason of slow processing for March AOR under CEC category?

My time line is as follows

AOR - March 3
Application status - We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you. Help
Review of eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Help
Review of medical results - You passed the medical exam. Help
Review of additional documents - The additional documents you provided have been uploaded. Help
Interview - You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes. Help
Biometrics - We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes. Help
Background check - Not applicable. Help
Final decision - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made

Any CEC candidate with same time time and still waiting for PRR, share your thoughts...

It is much slower, I find. It's been 96 days My AOR is 8th, it took 64 days to get NA status from IP1.

BG Check No change from the beginning, or i didn't notice the NA, IP thing.

I called CIC and came to know that my file is in Ottawa office and the agent informed me that my criminality is passed and the security check is not started yet. I believe, I status soon changes to IP1.

Did you get any update after NA in your application ??

Security is redacted so its always not started if you ask them.
