I have got a TD bank statement of past 6 months to show my proof of funds for express entry.

I am going to upload all my documents today. My bank statement is almost 1 week old. Does 7 days old bank statement should will work or bank statement should be obtained on the date documents are released in CIC?

You bank statements are good. An easier option with TD is simply to ask them for a letter and tell them it is for immigration purposes. They will mention average balance for 6 months etc and have all the details in a sing letter instead of having to attach about 18 pages for 6 months of statements.
