Basically, I am working for Walmart Bank in a call center. Here, the CSR is a position for candidate with no work experience, however, security and fraud analyst position required some potential qualifications and analytic abilities.

That's your NOC for the fraud analyst position? LOL, I think not.

But perhaps that answered my second question (about foreign work experience). It is possible you are eligible for the FSW program too...

Some people advice me go for visitor visa. Some of them told to apply for study permit again.

Actively work to improve your CRS score, get an ITA submit your eAPR before August 15th and apply for a BOWP.

but within this short time how it is possible?
I have no other option to increase CRS score. IELTS score is 7.0 max I did. probably I will get some more points for wife's ECA after 2 wks.
so what would you suggest visitor or study? in any worse scenario.

What do you mean by "IELTS score is 7.0 max I did"?

Did you get CLB 9 in all sections? Did your wife take the IETLS to bring you more points? If you speak French take the TEF.

I can't make a suggestion because I don't know your situation, whether you'd be willing to spend thousands of dollars to study in order to stay in the country.

I really do not want to go for IELTS again. R: 6.0 L: 7.5 S 6.5 W 7.0
I do not speak French.
My wife cannot do the IELTS.
All of we living in Montreal with a daughter aged 9 yrs.
