I contacted CIC today and asked if my schedule A that I sent 20 days ago or more was added to my application. The agent said that yes all the documents I sent are added to the application and the application is in process. I asked him if it was sent to the VO, he said that the application gets worked on from canada and from the vo. I ddnt quite get what he means. I asked him again, "so the application is sent to Lebanon?" he said they dont send all of it to lebanon. any opinions?
Hello guys, my App was sent April 28 and was received May 2. AOR1 was received May 29 checked ECAS account (PA) it said "We sent correspondence on May 31 till now no Email. On (sponsor's) ECAS it said "Decision made" on june 8 still no Email, No update on Mycic. called CIC and checked status online and said "We have request for medical" still no Email or Message on Mycic. So fustrating

To those who submitted their schd a via mail, did u type your name on the signature box at the end then physically signed it?
I didn't, i just physically signed it after validated it. So only my signature appears there, without my name on the box.
Will this be a problem? Anyone who did the same?

I did typed my name then validated it then print and signed it. They received it on June 1st and up to now no update. Done medical last june 6 and shows medical passed on june 9th.

Nursegabo and xohaib.shah, how did they inform you that they received your mail?
I called them to confirm. The agent advise yes we have recieved in mail and now linked with your app. I should see status update online soon too. Whether "App in process" or "transferred to VO"
Thanks for the reply. Now I don't know if i need to mail a new one. After validation, i deleted my name then printed it and then signed it. No printed name on the box, just my signature. I don't know it that form will be accepted. So stupid of me to forget my printed name when i signed it. Lol
They have not confirm it yet. I cant call seems they changed the options now.

How long does it take for the status on GCKey to change from "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded." to the documents have been linked to the application. We uploaded our documents almost a week ago.
I am outside of canada. What number should i call? Im using hangouts. This is the number i was calling +16139444000. I will try to call again tomorrow since call centers are open until 4pm i guess.
What does your ecas and gckey says now?
Ecas- app received?
Gckey- we do not need any documents?
My wife is from ontario. We intend to hire David cohen to work out our sponsership process . Through my understanding Mr cohen profiles shows his office is in quebec . Do i need to look for someone from ontario again .or cohen can do the job.your comments on this regard is appreciated
