Medicals from NDVO are being sent according to Application received date and not AOR or FT date . it's theory at moment by looking at the applicants who got MR since someone who got FT on 8th May received MR yesterday as his app date was december 2016 whereas applicant who got FT in March'17 & April '17 ( app receive date Jan '17 onwards ) are still waiting.

It is not working. Now how will send these documents.?

Cic clarifies on their login page as below. Save a screenshot of this page to cover your bases and keep on attempting to send through webform. I am not as experienced and expert as you and several others on this forum, but just trying to help bit I can by giving my 2 cents .

We are currently experiencing very high traffic on our online services. You may have difficulty accessing them. We are working to resolve this issue.

• If you are unable to submit a document on time as a result of the technical difficulties, try again over the next few days. If you are concerned about missing your deadline, submit the requested documents using the IRCC Webform.
• You may see an incorrect application status asking for a medical exam or additional documents. If you actually need to send any documents or do a medical, you will see a message in your account and a letter explaining what you need to do.

Thanks. But why CIC"s CSE. We have to send these documents to NDVO. So we can use NDVO CSE.
P.S. - NDVO already instructed about CSE, "USE this only one time in a life."
So we will use it once for this purpose.
One more thing, I have launched a compliant to NDVO for their official email address problem as well, using different email.

I think it takes 48 hours to update GcKey, that's when you'll receive the forms in there

Hi Ashu,

I sent them my medicals, RPRF and passport bio pages via replying to email and I received their automatic acknowledgement email too in return. So it is working.

By the way I sent them same documents 3 times due to my confusion and all of the times, I received their automatic reply as in acknowledgement receipt email.
