Right of Permanent Residence Fee

I need to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490. but no longer remember the password or answer to the hints for the recovery questions.
What do I do? I need to pay before my interview next week.

Also when I click to pay online it asks "Sponsorship fee ($75), principal applicant processing fee ($475) and right of permanent residence fee ($490)"
I have paid all the others already how do I pay the $490 only.

How about that? Continue navigating the site until you reach the correct page. If all else fails, I believe you can just create a new account. You only have to attach the receipt, right?

Went in for the interview. They were so nice and the interview was a breeze.
We signed some papers and my Permanent Residence status was granted on the spot.
My passport was stamped as Landed and we were told no flag polling was needed.
