Work History.. gaps. between jobs

Hi Seniors,

Need suggestion regarding query related to work history..

I have had break time of 2-3 weeks between my jobs...
Do I need to mention that in the work history as joining gap with unemployed option..

You need to mention that on the personal history as unemployed, not in the work history.

one more question related to that .. entry will be like this??
may -2012 to may 2012 .. unemployed... joining gap

as there are only months and no date is there..

You have a separate section for LoE. Just explain in there
