In my experience letters employers mentioned everything (job duties, title, hours/week, dates of employment, full time, base salary) asked by CIC except benefits (leaves, stock options, bonus, medical insurance, 401k etc.). Assume that I have no other way of providing details of my benefits, so - is it acceptable to have letters without benefits? i will write in LOE that HR told that benefit can't be written. Plz provide your input, thanks.

Except responsibilities, hours, tenure, pay nothing else matters much. They basically need to know if your employment was paid or not. That's it.

You can include any supporting documents that you have.. like annual salary revision letters, promotion letter etc. I personally feel no explanation required for not including benefits.

Hello Brother,
Your Experience Letter required to mentioned that you worked Full Time and your Job was Paid Not Voluntary and Job Responsibilities for the convenience of Case Worker to match it with your Chosen NOC plus it would be beneficial if it says your salary... (but you are not required to Mention you Benefits or Bonuses or what medical coverage you were provided with etc otherwise this list would be so long that this Experience Letter would be Work-a-logue rather a Letter) but for your own satisfaction you can include a LINER in LOE about this...

Guys,

My reference letter from my employer is on company letter head and it has NOC details, duties, salary and HR name/position details but it doesn't have HR contact details (Phone, email) in it. Is it fine?
