Provide details of any trips XXX has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18thbirthday if this was less than ten years ago).Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

Hello,

Please note that I had traveled 2 times to Amsterdam for a business trip in last year. Both the time stay was for 1 month each.

Can you advise do I need to add it in travel history or personal history. Also what documents do I have to scan? I have passport stamps and visa/tickets/hotel stay etc.
