Hi experts. One of my relatives is in france. He is accepted as a refugee and issued 10 years resident permit. Is it possible for him to resettle in canada. If yes then what are the possible ways. Thanx in advance

I'm not sure what you meant by resettlement. His 10 year refugee resident permit allows him to live in France / Europe - it doesn't allow him to "country shop" and move to Canada. If he wants to settle in Canada, he would need to apply through an economic immigration stream (e.g. Express Entry).

He's not eligible. France has already accepted him.
