Based on the case notes, your wife's TRV application is being processed by the Sao Paulo visa office even though the primary visa office is Bangkok + no action has been taken since end-March.

I remember a similar case (member: FRUSTRATED.ADI, India applicant, wife's PR app in progress + she had applied for a TRV). He learned (through his MP) that her TRV file was being processed by the Bangkok visa office + the delay was because her file was marked as 'Non Routine' + for 'Federal Review' (due to her PR app). Maybe, none of this applies to your wife's TRV application and this is just a regular delay.

Do contact your MP. Although your MP cannot influence the visa decision, you may get to know the reason for the administrative delay
