Shall visa officer give another chance to applicant if his/her document is incomplete i.e missing signature on consent form, spp checklist or family information form IMM5645E form OR visa officer will return file back stating unprocessed or will make a refusal for that in India, if applied under spp

You can try withdrawing. It depends how far along the process is. They may allow you to withdraw or they may no.
