It doesn't matter. IRCC can choose the VO for either of your nationalities. You are also a Moroccan citizen and lived there most of your life, so there is a definite possibility of the app going to Rabat.

So in our case what will be the best way for us, go with the Outland or apply inland, I am really confused and we would like to be together in short time

As an American, I doubt you would be called for an interview. The decision then comes down to processing times. I'm not aware of what the average processing time is for Rabat. I suggest you have a look for Rabat threads to find out.

Because you're a Moroccan citizen. It won't definitely be sent there, but there's no reason to expect that it won't be.

One more question, if I'm visiting my husband, is it okay to get one way ticket or do I have to buy round way ticket, last time I did round trip because I knew exactly when I am coming back, this time I would like to stay couple months
