Repeating IELTS exams

Hi - I have repeated IELTS exams two times but second time was selected for screening and my score is even lower than first. Can I still keep results of my first test in my express entry profile? or it is required to always use updated result.

if the earlier test result is not more then 2 years old, you can definitely use the same.
