Additional Document Review! What does it mean?

Hello friends, my application for study permit is less that two weeks old and today l noticed that it said that "The Additional Documents you provided are being reviewed"

Any idea what this means? I read in some other thread that it might be a glitch in the system after system update?

I also did not receive an email confirming that there was an update on my account.l just decided to check(curiosity & nerves) and trace if there are any changes.

No need to worry, it is common for everyone and you wont recieve email updates when there is an update,you will most probably recieve email notification only when the passport req letter or rejection letter comes.
