urgent provincial nomination prog

hello all

my husband submitted his express entry profile under fsw yesterday with 471 points and today we received this message on our account from cic:

"Ontario would like to consider you under their provincial nomination program"

it says if you accept pnp then u will be awarded extra 600 points.

please let me know what this all means?

i would be extremely grateful.

This means you have a notification of interest from Ontario to be considered for the PNP(provincial nomination) program. If you apply to Ontario and are successful you will be awarded 600 points which will take your score to 1071. Post that in the next round of invitations that IRCC conducts you will get an invitation to apply for PR.

With 471 points just wait to next draw to get ITA. You do not need extra 600 points
