i submitted my trv application via online may 27 from Manila Philippines and i just received an email today june 9 (friday) for approved letter and asking to submit my passport.. unfortunately i'll be flying on june 12 (monday and a holiday here in MNL) to US and will be back Aug 5 .. it's says submission of passport within 30 days.. question is do i need to send them letter to ask for a reconsideration or can i send my passport for stamping while in the US?

No, you don't have to send the letter for reconsideration.

You must contact the NY/LA CVAC (whichever is the nearest Visa Application Centre) to confirm that you can submit your passport for visa stamping + include the passport request letter.

However I don't think I can do this as i will be travelling a lot in the US for my whole stay, average of 3 to 5 days per states i already planned to visit minus vancouver and toronto because of delays of my TRV app I need my passport as i will take most of it via domestic flights ...

I am hoping because of I can't comply to my submission of passport for stamping on time.. it'll not be the reason to get refusal on my next re-application

You can contact the visa office to request if you can submit your passport later when you return to the Philippines.

Generally, if the passport is not submitted within 30 days of the passport request letter, the file is closed and TRV is refused
