Yes I am visa exempt national.Possible if you are a visa exempt national. Check if your passport is from one of the visa exempt nations.
As per the instruction letter I received from Paris office, here is what I am requested to provide.I think you need to send original Passport + Photocopy + Photo.

That is why I was wondering if Paris office will also send the COPR by email or through my CIC account instead of by post mail or courier sionce they only requested me to send photocopy of passports ...
