From what I've seen so far on the immitracker website, there is no difference at all in terms of processing time between inland and outland applications
but in the forum i've seen that inland applicants - a lot of them - i am not saying everyone. of course there will be exceptions to every scenario. a lot of them had their applications processed within 2 months. cause they just have to conduct a police and criminality check in canada itself - which is just at their fingertips. they just have to enter the name and all the data will come.

for outland, they've to conduct a criminality and background check in the respective countries.

for me, its 2 countries they will conduct a background check: canada + the country i am located at.

and i've a history of departure order so Allah knows how long will my background check - 2 countries + departure order

i just hope they dont cross the six months limit

there are also inland applicants whose processing crossed the 6 months limit.

for who muslims in this forum, pray this month of Ramadan for a smooth transition to immigrating to canada. for others, call your God / bhagwan or whoever you believe in.

yup i agree. i got my medicals passed on 4th june. i was also apprehensive seeing other applicants who applied after me get their medicals approved faster than me.

it's all destined and divinely planned.

trust your timing.

you are where you exactly need to be.

just keep your fingers crossed and check your CIC account everyday...there are times there are updates in cic account without receiving any email notification....the update i had in 4th june came in the form of an email...the 7th june update where they stated "your additional documents are being reviewed" and the addition of the biometrics component....i didn't receive an e-mail....

Hi Guys,,

I received the AOR on 17 April. Have been checking progress lately and this is what is highlighted as of now..

"Review of medical results: You do not need a medical exam. we will send you a message if this changes."

Can anyone explain this in detail and the other statuses in the list. Any idea about time frames we're looking at with this status?

I had submitted every possible document with the e-apr, including police clearences, medicals were done in feb.

I am looking for help on the same thing as above.. Will appreciate if someone can explain this in detail and what sort of broad time-lines we're looking at with each of these statuses.

Thanks in advance !

Nobody can really ascertain a specific timeline. It really depends on your luck.

You can use the PPR Estimator Tool or use tracker in General,

Lets for the sake of example take AOR of 15th of April:

the medical message will change after your medicals get passed.
