Hi,
A) I enrolled in a private school for a Jewellery Design programme in Vancouver last year may intake 2016, as an International student from India.
But I failed to finish course as i wasn’t happy with the curriculum and hence did not receive Diploma or Transcripts at the end of the course.
My visa is expiring 13th July and I have secured a seat in another school for Jewellery Designing program in Vancouver, which is far more extensive and professional to the one, I was enrolled And I really wish to study there.
BUT IS THERE ANY CHANCE FOR ME TO GET A POSITIVE REPLY ON MY STUDENT PERMIT EXTENSION APPLICATION, CONSIDERING MY POOR PERFORMANCE AT MY PREVIOUS SCHOOL.
Is there any hope for me to save myself from this mess?
Explanation letter etc…anything?
*Also I kept working 20 hours, Even when i stopped going school.*I had no idea, that this is wrong
B) My boyfriend is applying for Study Permit soon, as he has secured admission in one of the Universities in Vancouver.
If I have no scope in Student Permit extension, Is there a scope for Spouse Sponsorship for me.? Or my incomplete course, impacts that too!
If not, What should be the procedure?
