Visitor visa refusel

Hi there,
I applied for me and my wife online on 26 th may , application accepted 28 th may and on 3 rd june 2017 ,both applications were refused.
Reason - OTHER REASON - PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP
My younger brother is a citizen there and my younger son is on student permit there.

Yeah bryanna , he invited me with an invitation letter. He had given me his canadian passport copy.

Alongwith that he gave me his canadian passport cooy.

Surprisingly Canadian passport does not have parents name in it

Only father's name, and citizen ship card they have stopped.
Same has been demanded by them on website ??

You should have submitted the birth certificates of yourself + your brother as proof of relationship.

That said, IMO, a visa refusal for proof of relationship is a bit unusual. Perhaps, your applications lacked some other crucial evidence.

I suggest you order GCMS notes to understand why you were refused

Unfortunately our birth certificates did not have our names as it was not done at that time.

But the visa office could have cheked with a fingertip , all the details with my brothers passport number ?

I have my parents name printed on my indian passport.

The birth certificates don't have your names? Or you do not have birth certificates?

Here we have to register name after birth within a reasonable period ,failing which you will get a birth certificate with a remark ,a baby boy or girl .thats it.after years you have to fie an affidavit by parents, that i have for my brother by my father.
