Need urgent help on Experience letter

Hi,

I am currently working in an MNC. I approached the HR dept. to get an experience letter but she said they cannot write my job duties on their letterhead cause its not in their process. They can write the working hours, my designation, salary and everything else but not my job duties. What should i do in this case ?

I can ask my colleague to give me a letter stating everything including my job duties but it wont be on company's letterhead. He has business card too but the only problem is he cannot write it on letterhead.

I can but that wont be printed on company's letterhead so i am not sure if it would be considered by Canadian Government ?

It is fine - make sure it's notarized and mention this in LOE- supplement it with your letter from HR and any email you have from them where they mention inability to provide JD per company policy

Thanks so much for posting an instant response. I will ask HR to mention this inability of writing JD on their letterhead if possible. Also, I don't have a local manager in India, my reporting manager works in US so will it be fine to get a letter from him ?
