How would one know which citizenship office is dealing with his application. I live in Caledon. My application was recd on the 4th of Apr and has been in process since the 25th of April, no reply since. Anyone else in a similar situation.
most likely your application is getting processed at Brampton...

All stamps are checked (for every country visited) and match it to what you wrote on the Citizenship application. Stamps not in English need to be translated by a Certified translator.

should I translate non-English stamps which are not within the relevant period of the application. i.e they are before the application time.

oops... my mistake...

Took the exam yesterday.
TODAY, DECISION IS MADE !

Yes I would translate stamps even if they don't fall in the application period. if stamp is written in different language then the numbers might be different, the officer might be confused to know month/year/country of which the stamp belongs to. Be SAFE and translate all non english stamps. a persian friend of mine had the same issue and the officer asked him to translate all non english (Farsi) stamps including the ones that don't fall in the application period because they are not in english and the officer needs to know everything inorder to make a decision.

I would translate only those stamps that in a different script: Arabic, Indian, Chinese, Cyrillic, etc. I had multiple non-English stamps in Latin letters, had no issue with those.

Hi guys,

I thought the invite we get for the test implies interview as well.

My test is scheduled on the June 13th and I was under the impression that I will also do the interview the same day. Am I wrong for assuming that?
Do we get two separate invite for test and interview?

I think you should get one invitation for both and I got and other document as declaration that I should sign and date and bring with me the day of the exam I got this via email , can some confirm that all what we should receive , thanks

I received the same thing via email as well; I am waiting for the papers through the mail.

I was asking since I saw that ghost23 asked faisal123 about his interview date and sure enough he has separate dates for both events.
