Education degrees needed post ITA

I have my credentials verified by WES, but unfortunately have lost my degrees. And I do not have a scan copy either.
Would I need a copy of my degrees to upload post ITA, or the ECA report would be enough?

Scanned (colour) copy of All marksheets and degrees from 10th onwards are required.

You'll need a copy of your degree in your eAPR. Apply for a duplicate degree ASAP.

Hey Thanks for pointing out, I copied the below from CIC website under EE documents checklist, it's not mandatory but they may ask later on.

• Proof of completed Canadian or foreign educational credentials can include copies of
  • secondary or post-secondary education documents (certificates, diplomas or degrees); and
  • transcripts for successfully completed secondary or post-secondary studies, if available.
