I sent it through canada post as well as the IRCC webform. And they responded to my webform yesterday acknowledging that they have received it. Hopefully we here from the VO soon!

I was just on the phone with CIC and I told him about "We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details." and that there are no messages.

I asked him if this means that the Schedule A and Police Certificate were not received. He said "No. This does not mean that the forms were not received but the office is having kind of a backlog and will need time to update.".

He also said that we just need to wait more to see any progress since they're having some problems online.

That's what it says for me as well, and I uploaded the Schedule A and PCC through GCkey on May 22nd. Is it supposed to change to "are being reviewed"?

Help against additional documents reads as - "In some cases we will need additional documents from you to process your application. If we do, you will receive a message in your account. Once we receive the documents, we will tell you when we are reviewing them. "

I guess we just have to wait to see what's gonna happen. Hopefull they'll finish their maintenance and updates very soon and I hope they're not delaying our applications because of their updates.

After sending your documents through IRCC, how long did it took before they were uploaded to your account or your ECAS to change?

What does your gckey status for Additional Documents says? On may 30th, manila visa office requested additional documents to us and I uploaded it on gckey immediately and the status changed to additional documents has been uploaded. But today after the update, additional documents says "we do not need additional documents". I'm thinking if the documents I uploaded was lost after the update.

Same here says no additional documents required. However when i click view submitted the documents uploaded show up there. This is what shows up in my account right now :

When filling up schd a, do i have to start from the most recent details on all questions? even on educational background?
It's really confusing for me. Been reviewing and filling up like 8 times already.
