Help with filling IMM 5669 Schedule A - Backround

Hi there
I recently mailed my outland spouse sponsor application to Mississauga office. My spouce has just her given name in her passport and last name is empty in her passport. So i checked ircc website it says to fill everything in surname box in imm008 form and leave given name empty. So i did that as is.
Now when i am trying to fill IMM 5669 FORM that is not letting me leave given name box empty. If i do i cant validate form. Please help me out what to do???

i'm not an expert,but i believe that you cant leave any space empty.....if
it doesn't apply to you,put N/A.

Yes n/a if a section does not apply. Dont leave anything blank

If you’re applying to sponsor your family, you can’t validate Schedule A (eIMM 5669) with the given name field empty. If you need to leave it blank for the above reason, you can print it without validating it, and include a letter with your application explaining why you had to do this.
