schedule A-having trouble validating form

Hey all,

I am felling out the Schedule A form for inland application. I have everything filled out, but when I try validating it gives me this error:

Review the Personal History section, it seems like some information is missing.
- Enter the most recent information first.
- Don't leave any gaps in time.

I have trying everything and it still gives me this error. I am a bit frustrated at this point. Any help you can give me will be appreciated.

Check if you are using the latest version Jan 2017.
