WES Revised report timelines

hi all ,

Help required.
Wes had done mistake with my ECA so as soon as I recieved the mail of ECA, I wrote an email to them to correct it.
Got a reply from them last Sunday that they have sent to concerned department for reveiw an will update status online accordingly
Now due to the above, I am unable to enter the pool.

1) Can you please help me with any experience regarding timeline for recieving revised WEs Eca report??

2) can I enter the pool without the updates report somehow, to avoid delay - because present report will also gimme the same points as the corrected one.


I am stuck with waiting for wes Ina catch 22 - and missing to enter pool due to this

Any help and suggestions much appreciated ??

You will have to quote the ECA no in EE profile, if u feel the mistake is minor ( mistake in name or college name) and would not effect the over all report or evaluation u can enter the pool with the ECA no

Hi , thanks for the reply

The mistake is with the majors mentioned incorrectly.
And as per there reply ther r saying they have forwarded my request to concerned department and would update my file accordingly

So now I don't know how much time they will take to do this review?
Secondly if I enter the pool with current ECA, n the reviewed ECA will have a new number and dat - so that will be a discrepancy later ?

What should I do in this case

Any idea on their time line for reviewed report?
And any suggestions on whether dhud I wait or enter the pool

So one more thing -
Did ur report status on wes site change from completed - to file under review - to competed again or something like that?

Or were u able to straight away see updated report after two weeks time ??

Hi vishal,

I got a reply from wes stating they have revised and updated the majors and a new report will be issued.
But as of now online shows old report an evaluation in progress.

- So in ur case - once ur report was updated the revised report - different from original ( incorrect one) was available on their site? Or was only correct one available ?

- Was the status showing completed ?

- Also, did the report number change?somethingl like imm to ebr or alike at the end ?

- any idea in how much time wil the new report be available on their website? Any vague idea as per ur case would
