same here, my application approved on June 2nd but my tracker is not activated till now.

Hmm when I called that, I followed the prompts and was put through to an agent. Do you remember what keys you pressed for the automated announcement? I'd rather not waste an agent's time, but I don't mind speaking to a computer.

Honestly, I think it was 1,1,2 and it asked me to enter my application number and then my year of birth and then it told me the status of the application.

I called the call center today and after half an hour of wait was finally able to get through. They informed me that my 'visa is printed'. I don't know what that really means given that my profile still doesn't show approved.
passport delivered : 26th May.

My application was finally approved. Timeline in signature. Didn't get any email for updates. Happened between 11:00 and 11:30 AM ET. Will be doing landing this weekend at Niagara.

Congrats! Looks like COPR processing time is 5 business days on average.

Yes but when you call and ask them, they say there is no average processing time. Just keep an eye on the tracker. But yeah on average, that is what I am seeing.
