I just talked to an agent. It's possible to call them through Skype if you are outside Canada. Just call the CPC-Mississauga number, it will redirect you to CIC (it's not possible to do it by calling directly). So... Schedule A submitted on May 1st, it was also mailed almost 3 weeks ago. They still did not get it... It's possible that the mail just was not opened yet. I was told to submit a technical difficulty, but that would just be useless because it takes a lot of time anyway. Awesome... We got SA a month ago, medicals were done a month ago too, and now waiting over a month for the file to be transferred to my local visa office. Never got a request, whether on MyCIC account or in an e-mail form, no way to update anything either. I can't believe this is taking so long for them. And I also can't believe that something so simple did not get fixed yet. Those who applied months before or that lucky 1% of people that got a request on their online account are way ahead of the game. If only I knew, I would have mailed my schedule A a week or two before expecting AoR.

We uploaded the schedule A and policeyoung certs through gckey and its a quick process. So far cic is really quick to ask.for docs nd get the file moving quickly.

I got my AOR and my SA, all done on May 24. Account is also linked. I have yet to receive any news to upload the Schedule A...However I'm going to send it to CPC Missisauga. I did just get a notification to get his medical exam done which I can only book him in at the 21 day mark out of 30 that it's due. Is this alright? They submit everything electronically immediately apparently?

Has anybody else been requested to submit other things before Schedule A? Thank you

Try to book an appointment with a clinic who has eMedical. This way your medical file will be submitted online to cic right away by your clinic.

I have a question guys if cic asks us to submit schedule -a and we don't receive it in our account , still the ecas status would show that a correspondence was sent to you on xyz date !? That's how we know that it was sent and we didn't receive it or ecas would still be blank !? Thank you

How would you know which clinic has eMedical? I checked for my PA country and it doesn't say. Does he have to call and find out?

I think the cic website does not show if the clinic has emedical or no. U need to call the clinic and ask if they have emedical status.

In this case I would contact cic call center and get help from an agent. More experience guys here might give u better idea but this would be the first thing I would do.

I had the same problem, I called and the agent advised me it was the request for SchA and to mail it in, all now I don't have it on the CIC page as an option to upload it.
Some people sent it in via Webform as well.

Hi - Yes, I got the medical request for my spouse before getting the SA. I am still waiting for the request for Sched A and PCC.

I would suggest you find a place that is eMedical enabled (you can call the clinics) to enquire. Also, i would suggest to do your medicals a little sooner (even if that means travelling a little far). My wife was told it would take a week for the results to reach CIC even when they are eMedical related. Any problems or delay on a part may touch very close to the 30 day deadline.

Hey everyone,

So I'm super excited today.

My hubby just got his Schedule A and PCC request today. FINALLY! After almost a 2 week wait.

So here's my timeline so far.

App. Sent: April 19
App. Rec: April 21
AOR (Sponsor/PA): May 24
Schedule A Request: June 5
PCC Request: June 5

Maybe someone can add me to the April Spreadsheet?

I know we have a long way to go but I'm just happy that we are headed in right direction.

You can print it before you save it, once you save the document it no longer becomes printable from my experience
but yes you can validate it

I know people send them thru mail. I called them today and was told to only send it thru web form.. I would suggest to call them first

I know that say it send by IRCC web form and also at the same time they said it should be attached in 15 days and mine is going to be month in 5 days.
I have looked other people threads and these two documents get attached after 45 or more days.

I wouldn't want to wait since I wasted waiting a month already. Worst IRCC service. Like a hell.

Following is my timeline :

App sent : April 12, 2017 
App rcvd : April 13, 2017
AOR1 rcvd : May 09, 2017
App linked : May 09, 2017
SA rcvd : May 12, 2017 

Since then we did not receive any correspondence from them. I called on May 23 and the systems were down then called again on May 29 and they told me that they sent correspondence on May 10 which we never received about the Schedule A and PCC.

They advised to report the technical issue via webform. I asked her that what about the 30 days for the Schedule A ? She advised that it should be ok as we have not yet received the notification about it.

For now I have reported the Technical issue via webform as well as via the tab on CIC My account. But like others I am also a little anxious that what to do about the Schedule A and PCC situation Any suggestions ?

Like to make you aware that I submitted on May 11 still waiting to be attached. Now going to post it to CPC.

Don't rely no technical support, as I sent two requests and they are useless. in the second repsonse they just asked cpc miss to send me request again ,,,never bother to fix their upload button.
