Guys question lang po. My passport that was included in my application will expire on the 24th of July. I already renewed it last Feb. Just wondering if they will follow my PP expiry once my visa is issued. My medical will expire on Oct 27th. Ano po ba sinusunod sa validity ng visa, yung PP or medical expiry? Thanks.

Regardless if case is dismissed or ongoing, all court documents relating to the criminal cases listed which include but are not limited to police report/blotter, court transcripts, and court judgments

Tapos 3 sa cic account meron nakalagay na explanation letter sa additional documents.

Nakakuha ka na ba sa NBI ng certificate na asked ni embassy? Isang document lang ba hinihingi sayo?

January 2017 applicant here. We submitted the Schedule A thru online and have it signed thru online. I guess we don't have any issues with that since they gave us acknowledgment receipt saying that my additional docs has been added to my file. However, few days later they asked for an Explanation Letter thru myCIC to any documents that i wish to explain more further.. The problem was, we did not get any notification at all. It was due already when my husband and I checked our account. Now i am worried that they might use that to bring down our application. Hopefully NOT. Really dying to be with my husband.

Do u guys had the same experienced like mine? If so, how did u guys handle?

Don't stress yourself with that "Letter of Explanation" esp wala naman hinihingi na additional docs from you. I have 4 of those in MyCIC since March and ignore-galore ko lang sila Always remember that both ecas and MyCIC are 2 online systems that are both not so consistent

I have only known Survivor27 in this thread who never tired responding my queries. but not sure about her status. Di ko masyado gets ur concern about NBI. I think having No criminal records is a good thing.

Yes its a good thing but they said need more certification and explanation letter.Anyone who experienced this and theyre already in Canada

Wew! thank u so much Survivor27. Akala ko talaga big deal. also, i already made a short explanation on the forms that we submitted, so was confused why they still asked me an Explanation letter.

Did Visa Office asked u for more certification and explanation? If so, u have to provide them all they required.
