facing issues in uploading multiple files in the Document checklist page

Hi all

I am facing an issue while uploading multiple files in the DOCUMENT CHECKLIST page.....kindly guide me in what I should do to upload multiple documents.....
Also I need to get police clearance certificate from Singapore which would require me to submit a A request letter from IRCC. and I cannot submit all the required documents for IRCC without getting docuemtns like medical certificate and so on.
Kindly help in that part as well

You have to merge multiple files in a single pdf.

You can get Singapore PCC before too. Many people have done that. Contact the Singapore Police department for it.

You will need all documents including medical test receipt before submitting your application.

I did not think about merging the documents and uploading....

However, regarding the Singapore PCC, I am not a Singapore citizen nor am I living there any longer. Can I still apply for it successfully without the PCC request letter from IRCC.
Hope I am making my situation clear.

However, the one main doubt of mine is still not answered ..... How to get the PCC request letter from IRCC prior to submitting the application form.... hope I am not becoming a pain in the A**e by asking these doubts

It looks like you only have to submit a Singapore police certificate after you submit your application and are contacted by IRCC to do so. For more information, please see this page, from which the quote below is taken:
