URGENT: Upfront medical report has a mistake

Dear all:

I just realized that my spouse's upfront medical form that has to be uploaded to CIC has her passport's date of expiry incorrect. :-( What should we do now? Does she need to have it done again? We did it from Islamabad 5 days ago. Please suggest. Thank you

Don't worry. It take just 4-5 days to upload new report... just visit the doctor and explain him the mistake and he will be able to rectify it.

Did your doctor give you a new report? My report also has wrong info. The doctor said he fixed it with immigration but says I don't need a new report, that I can upload the one with wrong info.

No, in my case, they emailed me that the report has already been uploaded and there's nothing much they can do. They suggested to me that I should raise this with the immigration authority. What I am gonna do is to explain this in LOE and attach the screen shots of the email correspondence with them.

My doctor sent me the e-mail he sent to immigration, I'm going to do the same thing you're doing. I think we'll be good.
