In that case I would try to call the office to inquire about the address that it should be sent to via courier before sending it out.I guess you used Canada Post? I will be sending it from India through fedex or UPS. Dont think they do PO boxes
Thanks guys for the reply. I don't have the PCC on hand yet so I have to wait for that.Post Schedule-A and PCC (Original) along with a cover latter to CPC Mississauga. Don't forget to validate the form before print, hand sign with black pen.
You could upload the Schedule A through Webform in the meantime but it will not advance your application if they requested for the PCC as well. You could go ahead or wait until you receive the PCC.Thanks guys for the reply. I don't have the PCC on hand yet so I have to wait for that.
a) I am thinking of waiting for official request for Schedule A and PCC on hand from CIC once they have sorted out the web portal thinigie.
OR
b) Just upload the Schedule A via Webform since I will not be to mail in the physical copy as I am travelling for next 3 weeks.
Which option do you guys think I should choose ? I will really appreciate that.
I do not have a lawyer on my application. I sent copies through both webform and mail.Hi oulrish, is your lawyer send your scan copy via mail?
We sent it via courier to this address. In that case I would try to call the office to inquire about the address that it should be sent to via courier before sending it out.
The guide stated
If you are sending the application by a courier service, use this address (no public drop-offs):
Case Processing Centre – Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8
Did you send other forms in photocopies or original. I am sure they were in original signature. Reason being with original sign applicant authenticates the information furnished in paper forrmat is correct and it becomes a valid legal document which later cannot be disputed by the applicant. With GCKEY scan works because authentication is done online though applicant account.Thank you for the advice but I think I'd read the guide again. It clearly states to write your name and sign the form. Original handwritten and signed. Now that being said it does not state that you should send the original paper copy. There's a subtle difference between those two. Have you had your package sent back to you?
All I'm saying is to handwrite and sign the form. Then scan those ones and it can be sent to the sponsor. If send the original is easier for any member that is even better. But the instructions do not state 'please send the original signed copy'.
Gather your documents and wait for the official request. After you get the request its more likely that upload section will come up in GCKEY. Webform has time disadvantage, it pushes you 10 days behind the queue. With GCKEY you immediately get the acknowledgement. It worked for me and many others on the forum. Take care to scan PCC in Color otherwise application will be returned. Good LuckThanks guys for the reply. I don't have the PCC on hand yet so I have to wait for that.

Thanks for your reply...I would prefer to go by IRCC guide..They do accept scanned signatures, I signed my form and scanned a copy to our lawyer who printed and sent It to IRCC. We have got confirmation that schedule A has been attached to our file.
The valid legal document is available at hand. If CIC request the original paper copy at a late date, it will me mailed to them. Thank you though.Did you send other forms in photocopies or original. Last line is self explanatory..... "list all trips taken outside your country of origin or of residence for the last 10 years."Hi,
In the IMM 5562 Supplementary Information Travel form, do i need to include that I came to Canada for permanent residence and also do i need to include i went to my country to get married.
The form says: "list all trips taken outside your country of origin or of residence for the last 10 years."
Thanks a lot Oulrish!!! You truly are a hero member here... so nice of you.As long as that scanned copy has your handwritten name and signature on it, you will be fine. And you can send copies through both IRCC Webform and through mail. You can send the PCC as well.
