Hi, I am new here,anyway,I would just like to ask if you have received a message re the uploading of background declaration and police certificate already? I keep checking for any messages but havent received any..quite anxious already.we had our medical exam and we were able to pass it as well..does med.exam.normally comes first?and if ever it comes first,,when does the request for the uploading of Sched. They do accept scanned signatures, I signed my form and scanned a copy to our lawyer who printed and sent It to IRCC. We have got confirmation that schedule A has been attached to our file.

When u submitted schd A, was it only via mail done by your lawyer? Haven't you or your lawyer tried submitting via web form or upload on cic online account?
How about the PCC? Will it be okay too if only a scanned copy will be sent to ircc via mail? How did u submit yours?
We're about to submit ours and I'm a bit confused with the discussions here. Thanks for the help.

Thank you for the advice but I think I'd read the guide again. It clearly states to write your name and sign the form. Original handwritten and signed. Now that being said it does not state that you should send the original paper copy. There's a subtle difference between those two. Have you had your package sent back to you?

All I'm saying is to handwrite and sign the form. Then scan those ones and it can be sent to the sponsor. If send the original is easier for any member that is even better. But the instructions do not state 'please send the original signed copy'.

As long as that scanned copy has your handwritten name and signature on it, you will be fine. And you can send copies through both IRCC Webform and through mail. You can send the PCC as well.
