Hello friends and adventurers that are facing the inexplicable and intricate forest of the applications.

I'd be grateful if you could enlighten me about this surprise I found in the upload documents page of the ITA Invitation to Apply application:

"Once you have applied for a Police Certificate from a country, it is beneficial to upload evidence that you have applied in order to ensure that your application is not rejected as incomplete (examples of proof might include payment receipts, tracking numbers, etc.)"

What does it mean? I'm in Canada and I requested the certificates in my country:

From one territory, by sending by email an authorization to my relatives to pick the certificate up at the proper office.

From another territory: since I have no friends there, I enrolled an agency I found online: I have the invoice for their service.

QUESTIONS:

1) Do I need an official translation of these invoices/receipts too?

2) What does it mean: "if you have applied from a country" ?

Of course one applies from a country. Unless someone is living on the moon and applying from there.

3) Do I actually need those receipts? Translated?

Thank you so much!

N.

I think those receipts are just needed till you receive the actual pcc. Those receipts will act as proof that you are under process of receiving the pic. This way you get into pool asap. I am no expert... let's wait for experts to reply.

If not in English then any document will require translation. Also you need to have pic from all the countries where you have spend 6 months or more even if those are not straight 6 months.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Applicants who fail to receive their PCC's within 90 days upload the receipts instead as a way to obtain an extension to submit the PCC.

If you'll get your PCC's within 90 days then you do not have to submit receipts.
