Following is my timeline :

Since then we did not receive any correspondence from them. I called on May 23 and the systems were down then called again on May 29 and they told me that they sent correspondence on May 10 which we never received about the Schedule A and PCC.
They advised to report the technical issue via webform. I asked her that what about the 30 days for the Schedule A ? She advised that it should be ok as we have not yet received the notification about it.
For now I have reported the Technical issue via webform as well as via the tab on CIC My account. But like others I am also a little anxious that what to do about the Schedule A and PCC situation
Any suggestions ?
