Kiran, one more question if you don't mind, I have multiple things to be explained in my LOE like Pof, the name in employee reference, my leaving the intership with 22 days excess leave,... All these... Should it be written on one Loe or I ll have to write 3 separate loe and upload then section wise?

For experience related info, i.e your name and internship issue you can make a single letter. But be very clear in your LoE, you don't want to confuse the CIC, so write simply and clearly as possible.
Also is your internship issue important? If it is not mentioned in any of your experience documents to be uploaded and is an internal matter between the company and you, then you need not mention this in a LoE IMO, if doesn't affects your EE profile in anyway, no need then.
If you don't mind me asking, why are you writing a LoE for PoF? maybe then I can help better,,,,

I am writing Loe for proof of funds because my father is gifting me that money, unfortunately in my passport and other documents his name is not written correctly so for that I am getting an affidavit of his name and provide loe for full details further my sister is PR in Canada and to prove my relation with her I have to get affidavit of my father's name.
Plus, I am not claiming any point for my intership or that part time study I did at that time. But duration was 3 years. I was thinking about declaring it in my personal history

Okay then you will have to attach a LoE for your father's name correction in PoF section and your Experience LoE in your Work experience section.
IMO write 2 letters for different sections.
If you are not claiming any points and it is nowhere mentioned on your education/experience documents, I don't think a leave of 22 days will cause any problem in your file, even if it comes forward. CIC always asks for additional documents or explanations in such cases. you can always explain later.
I thought your internship was part of your job, if it is part of your studies, and only for your satisfaction you can attach a different LoE for this.

Yes exactly, that is what you should do, put it in personal history section, It will be most appropriate.

No question is foolish my friend. i suggest you attach the explanation of your father's name in LOE section as well, as you must be claiming points for your Sister being a PR in Canada, so that explanation is most important.

For my father's name I was thinking I can put that in PoF and proof of relatives and nothing in LOE section. Will that be ok?

No not at all, they can never mark such a trivial matter as misrepresentation, don't worry about it at all. If they have any doubt they will ask you.
Sure, you can chose that way. But I would suggest you to upload it in LoE section as it is a major part of your application.

Hi Guys, i have few doubts around proof of funds. I have got an ITA and am in document upload stage.

1) I did not have funds of 12300$ all along the previous 6 months but have funds in my account currently for past 15 days is that ok?
2) would the bank statement for 6 months in the above case with current balance as 12300$ would be accepted?
3) what if the money is borrowed i.e., personal loan from bank or from a friend? would that suffice the purpose?

I would request @KiranK to verify further
1. It is fine.
2.you have to get that 6 month average on the bank letter head
3.No absolutely not. Loan is not acceptable as Pof even if it's from parents, friends or bank
If you have an asset try to liquidate that or accept a gift from your father

1- its not a problem as long as you can explain the source of money clearly to CIC
2-Yes the Balance certificate, 6 month statement along with additional documents to provide source of money like if its a gift then gift deed etc.
3- NO THE MONEY CANNOT BE BORROWED. There should be no loan from anywhere or anyone. CIC specifically asks that the source of your funds can never be from any direct or indirect loan. The money should be completely yours without any liabilities on it.
Don't do it.
