Can someone help me if there are any changes we can make to ITA at 60 days milestone or we can wait upto 90 days for completing the entire application/submission?

Your question is not clear.
If you mean to ask that you want to make changes in your profile after ITA? Or do you mean to ask the time of submission needed?
please clarify... maybe then I or someone else can guide you

Sure. Let me re-articulate it again. We have 90 days to submit our application post ITA. Is there something which needs to be completed by 60th day on the application or we can make all changes until the 90th day?

You have complete 90 days to fill all your application details, nothing needs to be done at any 60th day interval. You have full 90 day period to submit your application, and you can edit information as many times you want before the final upload and submit. (as long as you maintain the same information you mentioned in EE profile),

Thanks. That helps. If I change the start and end dates of my experiences (current and past) , will that be permitted or will it make a difference?

When we create our EE profile we fill only the month for our experience, as long as you are not changing the entire month (i.e only shuffling the dates) you can do that, as you have not provided that information to CIC, you are free to alter.
But if you mean to change month or year, then there are 2 things-
1. It should not any cost change your CRS score at which you got ITA. If it does then don't do it as it will lead to rejection later.
2. if it does not change your CRS, then you can explain the change with a LoE in your application along with supporting documents.

IMO if posible refrain from making major changes in your profile after ITA as it creates complications.
All the best.

When I log into my account it says I have 60 days to submit my application. When I open my eAPR, then it says I have 90 days. I do not understand why.

Don't worry about that - the website hasn't been updated in some places. You have 90 days from the date of ITA.

when I filed the EE profile I didnt have a kid but now after ITA i will have in two weeks time. I can just add dependent in the eAPR i believe or should i change in EE too. I did provide funds appropriate for three dependents in the EE profile which i will fulfil in the eAPR too.

Any info guys?
