PCC Pakistan Help-Hostel Duration

I have lived in Karachi at the same address from dob to Aug 2015. I have a PCC made which states this and is cleared.

Now my confusion is this. I stayed in my university dorms for 4 years in Lahore but my permanent residence was the Karachi address(specified in PCC). I went just like everyone else does for my undergrad.

Do i need a separate PCC for that duration as well? My current PCC covers the complete duration and is dard after my last day of leaving the country.

Help as this has been a major concern for me.

Does the PCC have to be country specific or city specific ? I have had so many different opinions. Some people sent just one, others sent multiple for one country because of change of address.

Pakistani pcc covers only a particular city. It is better to get it from every city you lived in specially if the cities are far apart like karachi and lahore

But to get pcc from lahore, you need to show the pcc from karachi because they require that you must submit the pcc from your birth place along with other docs to get Lahore pcc.
