Urgent help needed

dear all,
I have been requested for an additional document by cic and the given deadline is one month. However the document needs more time to be prepared. Does CIC give extension upon request? If yes, to which email address shall i send them the request.

Ok Now... you Need to start your process straight away... and "ONLY WORLD EDUCATION SERVICES (WES) CAN HELP YOU" Brother you can have your ECA report within 3 weeks if everything goes well... my question:

Then Brother you are Fine
"As Pharmacist you can be assessed by WES... as In Canada there are 2 types of Pharmacist work...
1. Pharmacist who work as Community pharmacist, or in clinical pharmacies etc and they require licencing

And whereas,

2. Pharmacist who work in hospitals or for pharmaceutical companies does not require licensing.

Now i think for the later one your WES report is sufficient enough... unless if you have choosen NOC for Community Pharmacist which obviously require Licensing to operate hence your assessment should be done by PEBC... hope this help

IF it was not accepted then WES would not assessed you for immigration purpose... they clearly says if you want yo work as Community Pharmacist then Contact PEBC

Initiate the process with PEBC, document everything from mailing transcripts/reference numbers etc. Write a Letter of Explanation with all the documented evidence that you have requested for a new ECA and send this letter to CIC within the 30 day deadline. This would be your best chance.

You may not need to do all this if you NOC does not need licensing. Just write a letter to CIC explaining the same as others have advised in this thread.

If you are applying as a pharmacist (NOC 3131), for which licensure is required to practice (e.g., providing patient care in a community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, long-term care facility or other practice settings), the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada must do your educational credential assessment. Just write a LOE with proof that you have already applied to PEBC for an ECA within 30 days. CIC will normally accept.
